I have been a weightlifter for more than 50-years. And, I have written and published several books on health and fitness. However, I have never led an outside Boot Camp without weights. So, we will be learning together.
Please dress comfortably.We will be exercising outside.
If you have weights, mats or other equipment, please bring them.
We will be doing a variety of exercise: walking a mile or more, calisthenics and body weight exercises.
19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
